A thought about Bush's speech about HSAs at Wendy's HQ -

He pointed out that there were approximately 9000 Wendy's employees who have enrolled in HSAs.

I checked. Wendy's has over 6000 locations worldwide.

That's less than 1.5 per restaurant . . . hmm, how many managers (making the better wages and benefits) are there per restaurant . . . and how many of the rest of the employees (worldwide) can afford to put money away for HSAs, I wonder . . .

4. In most modern industrial countries HSA are irrelevant

as excellent and universal healthcare is available. So 'worldwide' is pretty much irrelevant. You want the domestic USA employment figures.

But Bush's Out Of Pocket medical plan is a farce. One good illness and your HSA is gone. Then what?
