'Proof' face creams beat wrinkles

Scientists say they have clinical proof that a face cream available on the high street does reduce wrinkles.

Five months worth of stock of the leading brand sold in a day after Professor Chris Griffiths announced in 2007 it appeared to combat sun damage.

Two years on from the BBC Horizon programme showcasing his work, his team has shown the cream visibly smoothes out the skin.

Boots predicts boom sales of its No 7 Protect & Perfect Intense Beauty Serum.

The mainline companies freaked when Boots developed this product as it left everything they'd ever produced standing.

My 84 year mother swears by it .....lol. I think its called Boots No7 Restore & Renew Beauty Serum in the USA.

5. There is a very old joke here in the UK

about a guy going into a chemist to buy condoms but they were out of stock. He said "any suggestions" the reply to which was have you tried Boots.

He said yes - but it came out the lace holes.
