Fantastic collection of educational videos
Over 1800 videos arranged by subject. And it's all 'open source' so videos can be downloaded and viewed off line.

The Khan Academy is a 501(c)(3) with the mission of providing a world-class education to anyone, anywhere. User-paced exercises--developed as an open source project--allowing the Khan Academy to become the free classroom for the World.

2. This is too cool!!!!
I loved math until I had two really horrible teachers in a row in high school. I may end up wasting spending a lot of time on this website in the next few days. . . . weeks. . . . . months. . . . . . . .

TG, who loves learning just about anything !

7. Watched several of the differential equation videos last night

and either I've retained a lot more than I thought after thirty years or it's just easier the second time around. It's been a while since I derived a Laplace transform. (I use transforms, I don't derive them.) Deriving the Laplace transform for sin(at):

http://www.khanacademy.org/video/laplace-transform-3--l-sin-at">

Ah yes, good ol' integration by parts and the eventual answer to all that nasty calculus:

L{sin(at)} = a/(s2+a2)

So elegant. Eventually everything just cancels or nulls out, leaving the answer. There are easier ways of course, but this is the traditional approach and beautiful in its own way.

Anyway, these videos are great. They're also quite bandwidth friendly. I downloaded all the developmental math videos for my nephew. They all fit on a CD with room to spare but they represent over seven hours of videos.
