Sorry, I cannot provide a recipe for soy burgers or garden burgers. I think the products I get in the store are pretty darn good. I'll bet you can google up a recipe.

Or really, any type of "burger" recipe - soy, mushroom, whatever. Unfortunately I do rely too heavily on the pre-fab kind and I'd like to change that. I have found that really, any of the frozen burgers will taste good if you put enough stuff on them (like grilled onions etc.) but it would be nice to have a good recipe for the patty part. :-)

3. Only slightly OT...

Houlihans, the dining chain, has BocaBurgers on its menu. In fact, any of the meat burgers can be "Boca'd". I LOVE the mushroom, sauteed onion, provolone cheese, mayo Boca burger...yum!
