Have A Robert Blake Special (Hold The Shot)

This is my version of the very delish RB special that btw is still on the menu at my local red sauce joint, Vitello's, (yeah that's where Mrs. Blake had her last meal.)

It's really good though, so whip one up, just hold the shot!

Cook some pasta (I like short pasta with this -- bowtie or penne) al dente and set aside.

In 1/4 cup good quality olive oil, Sautee 3 cloves of thinly sliced garlic & three diced tomatoes for two minutes, then 3 cups of fresh spinach until wilted -- then throw the pasta in and cook for an additional two minutes. Parmesan cheese & voila!! IT'S TO DIE FOR!
