Congratulations. You killed an animal that didn't even know he was "playing" in your sport. What a beautiful animal that is now gone from this earth so these scum could feel good about themselves.

1. Why the hell are people encouraegd to kill an apex predator
and destabilize an ecosystem? Couldn't they get the same effect and increase our understanding by catching, measuring for length and weight, then tagging and releasing instead?

Jackasses.

2. Damn
What a beautiful animal she was, too.

I just don't understand people. We stayed in Oaks Bluffs, Martha's Vineyard a few years ago. I read about this then, I believe.

That is just so awful :(

3. Whatever happened to "look but don't touch?"
I learned that going to museums when I was a little kid, but it looks some other people never caught on.

What is it with people that, instead of admiring something without screwing with it, want to kill it to "appreciate it?"

And you wonder why I tend to like animals more than people. I truly hope one of these jackasses get eaten one day. See how they like it.

5. If something is ugly, kill it. If something is beautiful, kill it.
If something is wondrous or one of a kind, kill it.

That's the only way humans know how to deal with things.
