Matcha
Recently I mail ordered some powdered matcha for baking and some for tea. What a difference from regular store bought green tea. The flavor is great and it sure is green.

I haven't used the baking matcha yet but plan on making a loaf cake and then some matcha salt.

There's a short video here for making the matcha salt. Since I like poached eggs, this appealed to me. I have some sea salt in the house and will use it even if it isn't the suggested sel gris.
