FINALLY found the right recipe for Japanese Steakhouse White Sauce!
..and it's free! The lady who did the website just asks that you link back and/or leave a comment.
I mixed this up the other night and it's EXACT.
Sorry, it's simple and yes, it's FATTENING, but it's sooooooooooo good. This is my one indulgence when I am cutting out other fats in my diet and working out - I use it to add a bit of flavor when I grill chicen,as a dipping sauce.
Anyway, in case someone is like me and has been looking all over for the right recipe:

1. I printed it out.
It's been many years since I've been in a Japanese steak house - what do they serve it on there?

2. White
is used as a dipping sauce for shrimp mainly (it's also known as shrimp sauce); vegetables and sometimes chicken, but a lot of ppl just pour it over their whole plate :)
I use it in my fried rice too.
I'd taste it and see what your taste buds tell you. Every now and then I also use it with beef, but I've been cutting down on that lately.

3. Sauce looks fantastic, but...
that website made me work to get to the recipe.

Waaah!

I don't want to work so hard!

Don't mind me. I'm having a whiny day.
