Need recs on a couple more

pieces of kitchen equipment we've decided that we want/need. Please?

One is a good rolling pin sans handles. Which style would you rec and why?

1. I got a marble mortar and pestle for Xmas for 1/2 that price and love it
Not sure I'd notice the difference between granite and marble.
