I crumbed and seared the salmon
we have Zatarain's yellow rice for a side. I wish I had done more grocery shopping to round this one out better. The salmon looks gorgeous. :hi:

2. my daughters expect the yellow Zats with salmon
no matter what I do with the salmon. Tonight there was some coffee in the poaching liquid after the initial sear. hmmmmm. twas tasty, tho I don't know that the coffee really did anything at all :hi:
