Rave: Barefoot Contessa Indonesian Ginger Marinade

We received this as part of a christmas gift basket from SIL. Last night, on a whim - I decided to toss some in with my thawing chicken breasts. I liberally basted the chicken once on each side while on the grill. Then put it in foil as soon as it came off. We had Ginger Coconut Jasmine Rice (mix from Archer Farms/Target) along with some mixed veggies. OMG, it was to die for. I just loved it. One prep note - I did slice my chicken in half to make it thin, before grilling (kind of butterflying the breasts) - they were much better this way.

I have no idea what this stuff costs, but I will be looking for it next time I go to the specialty foods store. For reference, I have around 2/3 of the bottle left, and I made 3 very large chicken breasts - so I would say you could easily get 9, even more if you're doing it at once for a party (some always goes to waste).
