Mixed together to taste and drizzled on some pan seared marinated Halibut.

It became one.

The Tamari and Balsamic have an incredible affinity. They can work a lot of places ....... and not just on protein.

1. That's very much like
the soy sauce and black vinegar combinations you find so often in Chinese cooking.

Try tossing some spaghetti with just that combination, and then sprinkling it with chopped green onions. A great midnight snack.
