Best use of Meyer Lemons?
Whole Paycheck had Meyer Lemons on sale the other day.

I bought a few and am now wondering what to do with them to make the most of their flavor.

I love lemon flavor and nothing is ever too tart for me! :* :9 :* :9

What are your ideas for using all that ascorbic goodness?

5. I'm not much help here
as I usually just squeeze mine with some fresh oranges and drink 'em up as lemonade. Is very yummy, tho. :9

7. Meyer lemon marmalade is excellent.

Meyers with chicken, always good.
Meyers with fish, ditto.
Meyers in most salads are great too.
Meyers are good in recipes calling for orange juice +lemon juice -- just use all lemon.

About the only time I don't use them is when the recipe needs the extra tartness of a Eureka lemon.
I use them a lot because they're in the yard.
