Please help.
I am reviewing Colbert report episodes from the week I missed (trapped in hospital getting probed).

He mentioned the name of some Swedish dessert and I can't quite make out what he's saying (not being familiar with the language or the cuisine).

But, I thought someone here might be able to figure it out and tell me what he's saying.

Here is the link: http://www.comedycentral.com/colbertreport/full-episodes/index.jhtml?episodeId=219946

Scooch forward to about 7:20.

Post in reply what Swedish word he's saying (if you know). And if it actually is a recipe, please post that too!

Thank you.

4. Nevermind, I found it!
I had a suspicion it wasn't a dessert (despite what Bullet Point said)

It's a Swedish/Scandinavian type of cap (http://pinebaskets.tripod.com/knitting/medsweat.html">dubbel mössa).

Thank you anyway.

5. Egads.
My first boyfriend's father had a condition and had to spend a great deal of his time in bed. He hand-knitted that kind of sweaters (with a gallon of red wine by his side). They were absolutely magnificent.
