What's for Dinner? ~ Thurssday March 12th
Bill has started a big pot of chili, and we have yummy lasagne leftovers, so I'll go one of those directions for dinner tonight. Guaranteed delicious. :D

What's for dinner where you are?

1. My Italian friend came over last night and made his super delicious chicken,
honey, potatoes, parsley dish which I could eat every day.

He made a lot and tonight, we are blessed with leftovers!

:hi:

4. I bookmarked your recipe post but haven't tried that one yet.
Sounds really good. :D
Even better to share a meal with a friend who can cook!

2. I don't know! But I just found some supposed "low carb pasta"
so it might be that with tomatoes and fresh basil.

8. Stuffed peppers.
A pain to make, but they're good for leftovers.

9. Weird dinner.
I haven't really been feeling like cooking this week at all so I had one pound of ground beef and one pound of bulk ground breakfast sausage. I was thinking I was going to use the beef for meatballs this weekend so I made sloppy joes with the sausage. It was really, really good. Had it open face on some Ain5 wheat semolina bread with some mustard on it. Bill ate his with a leftover sweet potato from last night.
