I just looked up how to cook turkey legs in a toaster oven. Who do I find on the front page of google? The cooking and baking group, my favorite place to lurk and read about mouthwatering food. Wtg, people!

I've cooked them in a toaster oven on 350 until they are brown and crispy. Put some aluminum foil on your rack to help with clean up and don't forget to give them a liberal salt and peppering. If your toaster oven has a rack that fits well over your pan you can use that but the legs are greasy and I wouldn't recommend putting them on a rack that will let the grease drip down too much or you'll have a mess.
