It has been pretty crepeppy here in the valley.

Here is the savory crepe w/Parsley on the griddle

Here is a Corn Flour Crepe

I have made the ultimate crepe creation(according to Mr.sazemisery). I will wait to post it at the end of the month. Until then here is a recipe I haven't tried but will in the near future

1. Were you in the "I've never made them" camp?

2. No, I am not a crepe virgin
I have made crepes many times. You probably couldn't tell it by my photos. I am not a crepe expert and mine always seem to have ragged edges. If I want them to look perfect, I get out my exact-o knife and the bottom of one of my springform pans.:P

3. Okay .... if you were, I was gunna say that those look great!
But since you're not a virgin ..... they **still** look great! :)

4. I don't feel so bad about the way mine looked now.
I was a crepe virgin until last weekend and not one of mine came out round. They tasted good and rolled up nice, but they sure weren't anything to look at.

5. You have to roll the pan as soon as you pour in the batter
Make it as thin as possible. You don't see the edges when you wrap them envelopes and turn them over.

6. I tried that, but for me it was like that old trick of trying to pat your
head while rubbing your belly. I could shake the pan while I was pouring to make them thin, but I couldn't master rolling it. More practice is definitely in order.
