This place is just a few miles from home, and it's always been a good place, but the new owners have made it GREAT!!!!

We're hitting it this weekend, if all goes well. I plan on fasting until then. Well, maybe not.

Those items on the menu, "Stir Fried Ox P" and "Braised Ox P With Fresh Garlic" are, yes, what you think they are.

2. That is an impressive menu

I would have to go one night for appetizers and the next night for an entree, LOL! :D

I am coveting a taste of the Hot & Sour Seafood soup, too!

3. We simply over-order,

and take the leftovers home.

They have a vegetable dish, Stir Fried Corn With Eggs, that is so good, I can make a meal of it. Several meals, actually, since the serving is so big, it just about covers a table. But, good? Oh, man, beyond good. Blissfully good.

I am so ready for Saturday.................
