I'm possibly only "punch-drunk" but here is what just came out of my oven

Since I found the Artisan Bread bakery I have not bought a single loaf of ANY bread.
I have found that by not exceeding 1 cup of either whole grain, or whole grain and rye flour combined, you can get magnificent bread for sandwiches.

Anyway, just wanted you to see what's on my kitchen table.

I haven't bought bread either, since doing Ain5.

I rotate each bucket-batch between basic and rye/dill/caraway.

I use 1-1/2 cups rye to 5 cups AP in a full batch of Ain5.
