What's for dinner ~ Wednesday ~ April the 1st Edition
The boys delayed their backpacking trip one day and I have gear all over the place, so I'm thinking it will be something simple.

Burgers, Sloppy Joes....or Bill may go pick up a pizza. They are out hiking now, so I'm not even sure when they will eat. :D And I just snacked on the failed mozzarella, so I'm not hungry right now.

What's for dinner where you are?

1. Sauted Veggie Sausages with

Zucchini, Onion and Mushrooms - Rigatoni - and Newman's Cabernet Tomato Sauce

and for dessert - the young lady from next door thanked us for making sure she got to her recital - with just enough chocolate chip cookies to stay on our diet...

rainy night... good night for pasta...

7. Bill ate leftover crepes.
There are two left which will go in his lunch tomorrow. I wasn't in the mood, really, so I ate a sticky bun. LOL

8. Was supposed to be steak - became pizza
Mr. AAL ended up working overtime - he didn't get home until 8:30!

He brought it home with him so I didn't have to go pick it up for once :D

11. MIL casserole
Comfort food from the Greatest Generation. A sort of faux divan made with a layer of steamed broccoli topped with turkey breast mixed with a curry lemon sauce, topped with cheddar and baked en casserole.

And waldorf salad made with braeburns, celery, dried cranberries, mixed raisins, walnuts, mayo, lemon juice.

It was good, and I could eat everything -- just not too much raisins.
