Cooks Illustrated test recipe "Pink and Lima Bean Dip with Parsley?" I just finished making it and it is super yummy. I've already completed the survey and suggested that in their instructions they state to use a food processor. Not having a food processor (nor stated in instructions to use one) I used my blender which did not work very well, so I ended up transferring everything to a container and used my stick blender, which worked much better, but all of the parsley did not blend, which actually was okay with me because the parsley added a bit of color.

The dip is chilling right now and I'm planning on serving with tortilla chips that have a hint of lime flavor. Should go well with this dip because fresh lemon was added. For a bean dip it is tasty, light, and flavorful.
