Looking for a low carb cookbook

Can anyone recommend a good low carb cookbook? Sites like Amazon have a lot, but wondering if anyone has any one(s) they use.

It's traditionally arranged by course, but off to the side it gives you what phases the dish is suited for and a nutritional summary at the bottom of each recipe. It's also indexed by ingredient. Easy to look up stuff. If you are just starting out, this is a good one to choose.
