Information has changed and I would like to try to retrieve the old webpage. Is there a place on the internet where these pages are archived for a time period?

2. The Wayback Machine!

Of course, it depends on how old it is. In this case, the more recent the change, the less likely you are to find it, and it doesn't take daily snapshots.

Websites that change dynamically aren't archived with this, if I recall correctly, i.e. news websites and others that have constantly updating info.

But it's still cool. I can see a website I did 12 years ago. Server (ISP) on which it existed is now defunct ... and just went out of business without warning. I would have lost all that old stuff without the snapshot I found there. Yes, I've since learned to do backups. :-)
