Threat note Flashing: You have a virus. Yipes!

Hope I did this right.

My machine scans every AM at 8, using AVG. During my work later today, up comes this gem.

Threat found:

Decided the thing to do was to run another scan, up comes this: HTML/Framer. Tells me I have a virus so I held my breath and tried to remove it. There are no real instructions so I just followed logic, then emptied the vault. Hope it was the right thing to do. If not, I'm sure something will not work soon. Think I am OK?
