People who Podcast
Okay, I'm just getting into this and I've been able to put together the podcast with Audacity. It's mixed and all set up in a nice tidy Mp3 file.

How exactly do I proceed from here? I need a webspace to host it, no? I don't presently have one, but I'm open to getting one if it's not too expensive.

Then there's all this RSS stuff which just looks pretty deep for me. Does anyone have any tutorials or a step by step process on how to get this thing up and available for people to listen to/download?

Thanks for any suggestions.

check out http://www.libsyn.com its pretty cheap and makes it pretty easy.
