Any experience with "pokapoka" aka Elite tb?

Spybot keeps coming up with it. It makes a change to service system service79. Avira finds it in SP's Recovery file. Guess it loads with each reboot, but I don't reboot very often, and just became aware of this last night. No symptoms.

I'm going to see if I can get someone to look at a hijack this log. Most of the information I've found via :google: is at least a couple of years old, and REALLY intricate. So much so, that SB won't even put all the file names on their site because they are too "dangerous".

Anyone know anything about it?
