If you happen to be running Linux, this is simple. If not, I *think* you can do it with Windoze if you use MPlayer -- not the Windows program that comes with the OS but a 3rd party thing. You can invoke it from the command line and direct it to dump the output to a file, which is what I did with Linux.

If you don't want to mess with that, give me a safe place to upload it, and I'll send it to you. It's about 4 megs.
