Air America SPAM warning.

A few weeks ago, I clicked on a link on the Air America "listen now" page. It seemed to be interesting, something about an "unbelievable video" that had been "analyzed by experts".

As I started to go into the site, I noticed that they wanted my email to register and view the video. The next screen was asking for more info from me. Firefox was blocking popups like crazy. I got spooked and left.

For the last two weeks, I've been battling spam on my MSN Hotmail account and I've never had any problems before.

Here's the warning. The site that harvested my address was called "GOLDEN SWEEPSTAKES" A lot of the spam used the name somewhere.

I'm pissed at Air America for allowing spammers and more than a little ashamed that I got scammed.

Don't make the same mistake.
