The new puppy
has decided she likes to be outside with her big sister better than being in the house.

Not a great pic but at least one where she isn't driving her big sister bonkers:

1. Ah, look how cute they are!
And they actually use their doghouse. I've never had a dog that would actually use one.

We have two dog houses but she likes to cram in there with big sister. Big sister doesn't mind it when it's cold but will leave the house if the little one tries to get in there with her and play. Little one is a bit of a nuisance to her at this point. ;)

5. Not too bad,
considering my Longhorns lost in the NCAA tournament. :)

We're off to Houston tomorrow for my MD Anderson appointment Tuesday morning.

Thanks!

7. What an incredible picture that is. They are both so sweet looking...
It seems so obvious that little Sis just idolizes big Sis.

9. She mostly likes to
drive her crazy. But big sis is taking it in stride, I guess. We got the puppy because we had to put down our other dog, Jessie. Babe seemed bored and lonely after that. She's now probably pining for those solitary days! LOL

10. I tried all day to get that pic.
Every time I walked out with the camera, little Charlee would come bouncing out of the dog house. My husband finally got the shot. :hi:

I heard little Charlee crying outside the door a little while ago. I went out and found that Babe had gone across the road and was laying in the big hayfield over there to get away from her for awhile.

That's one place that the wee one won't follow her yet.

15. It's exactly like that!

Right now Charlee is laying on the top step and Babe is curled up in her house. At some point tonight, they'll patch it up and be curled up together by morning. If not, Charlee has her own house, too.

13. That's very sweet
she obviously loves and wants to cuddle with her sister. I'm sure she will soften the sister's heart totally before too long.

20. Glad to know you aren't keeping the pup locked up
in a crate all day while at work. That would be so boring (and cruel IMO) for any dog, esp. a young pup like this. A Labrador Retriever of any age needs LOTS of exercise. I'm glad you have come up with an alternative way for her to safely live and enjoy her life.
