what song would you teach your bird?
we are all getting tired of happy birthday. my new lorie is a really good whistler. i am really music retarded, although i am a decent whistler. i just can't seem to think of another tune that would be good.

1. Bridge over the River Kwai song!
If that's what it is called....years ago a neighbor's bird whistled that, but always got stuck in one part. It was really cute. :-)

I like "Fur Elise" (don't know how to make that German umlaut on the computer, lol).

i think the river kwai song has a name, but i have no idea what it is. i tried it out on her and either she liked it a lot, and picked it right up, or she has heard it before. she doesn't really know it, but she did repeat a couple of the phrases. so that's a keeper.
one things about rescues, you spend a lot of time wondering about their past.
