formal "apology" form from someone in DU

Okay, I cannot find the thread now (!!!) but I took the person at his/her word--which said to save a copy of this form to use when you want to apologize to someone. Since we are all into forgiveness here, and clearing the decks, so to speak, I thought I would post it. If anyone has that thread, I would love to credit the person who actually made up this form. I honestly saved it thinking I could use it sometime, although it *is* amusing.

2. LMAO--and it must be a Democrat's apology form

The Republican apology form is worded entirely differently: "If anyone was offended by my statement/actions, I apologize." (Read: "If some losers take offense instead of agreeing with me, they're idiots and that's their problem.") However, the "excuses" section could remain as is.

Something may have been funky with the search function for awhile. I may try again. I think one problem was that the text of the posts didn't exactly match the form. But I would have thought one of the replies would have had the word "apology" in it.

But, this was offered freely to use, so I took them at their word, and saved a copy. I should have linked it here at the time of course. Oh, well.
