The search for Love and ultimate truth

We all have a natural thirst for Love. Some people stop with mother’s love or the love of a life partner or their family and believe they’ve found IT. I’m not denigrating those, but only going beyond those to look for that which is more. Those kinds of love are perfect, until they are not. They are based in duality.

What we’re really seeking is Unity; the state of being at one with Source. If you wish to use the term God, the Beloved, Yaweh or whatever you choose, that’s fine. We’re speaking of the same thing.

But the truth in our Creator, is that everything is a part of the Whole. There is no separation because all is One. And it is perfect. Our Source is absolute Love.

A good place to start to feel this love is in reading A Course In Miracles. That was one of the places I first began to really feel that immense Love. This is uplifting material and could be a wonderful part of a meditation practice.

The more time you spend wrapped in Source Love, the more you know that no matter what you think, no matter what things look like to you, it’s all perfect. Everything unfolds in Divine Perfection.

This is what seekers of Enlightenment are working toward. Traveling into higher and higher frequencies, they can eventually touch God. There are as many paths to Source as there have ever been humans. Each of us is a unique expression of God. No two the same. We travel this way as explorers on a grand adventure.

But first we must begin to have consciousness of who we are. We must wake to the part of us that is god.

Well, writing that just triggered a pattern to run in my body. I feel a sudden tightness in m heart chakra. Like I swallowed a lump and it’s choking me. It causes me to cough. I am having definite physical discomfort with this.

So here’s my work for the day. I know this was triggered by my thought of being part of god. Could I be carrying some pattern that society constructed to convince me that we are NOT god, not even a part of God? That we are separate and not worthy?

My work is to notice what I notice. More later.

Well, I'm already getting information so I'll continue.

This is painful. It hurts my heart. Our heart is where we take things to look at the ultimate truth of them. So, the pattern that society has constructed that says we are seperate from god is not true. It cannot live in my heart without causing me pain and damage. If I continue to let that pattern run in that energy center (chakra) I will continue to have discomfort and can eventually have a more serious physical illness show up in my physical reality. One cannot have discordant energy run from a societal pattern without damaging the machinery, so to speak.

I grew up Catholic and it wasn't until I had traversed a major depression that I began to realize how religion (most mainstream religions, not just Catholic) teaches us to think we are separate and not worthy. We actually would sit there in church, strike our breast, and say, "Lord, I am not worthy to receive you. Only say the word, and I shall be healed." (Wow! I've been without this stuff for more than half my life and it's amazing how quickly that stuff will come back to me. Yuck.)

At any rate, you are so correct that we "cannot have discordant energy run from a societal pattern without damaging the machinery".

4. When you trigger a pattern…

Yesterday, something I wrote triggered a pattern to run in my body. I let it run, feeling the discomfort in my heart. I let myself feel the discomfort because I was seeking information about the pattern.

It only took a few minutes for the information to come up. It was a societal pattern that told me we are separate from God. It told me that I was not worthy of God.

Once I had a clear picture of what this was, I looked behind the pattern to the life force behind it. This is a HUGE pattern. It runs through all humanity. And we’ve all had a part in its construction.

The next thing was to move it out of my body. Your intention works here, but you also want to make sure your body knows this too. Feel it move out of your body.

Now it’s time for taking back the chi I’ve added to that pattern. I am responsible for helping create and energize this pattern, so I am actively working on its deconstruction.

But I can’t take the chi back all at once. So I took a pinch of a pinch of a pinch and maybe even smaller than that. I can either swallow it in order to digest it, or I can put it directly into my body in the area where I will digest it.

Be careful not to take too much. I did manage to take a piece that was too big and I felt the lump of it sitting there. So, I started over and took the smallest bit I could imagine. This time I felt it as it began to be digested by my body. I had now fed myself some life force energy.

5. This 3D society is based upon the illusions of scarcity, unworthiness

and needing leaders. There are probably many subconscious messages we've all taken in, over the years...

It's even more than just messages. These constructs have formed huge morphic fields. They are constructions of society that we both feed with our life force energy and we manipulate and also use these patterns to feed off others.

When Mark Dunn told us that everything is about power, it was hard to believe. But when he explained it... well, it makes absolute sense.

And just this morning I was reading Caroline Myss, Why People Don't Heal And How They Can. She says the same thing. Pages 16-18 is a beautiful explanation of the nature of energy.

Really, I highly recommend the book. I've not gotten to her approach to healing yet. This is another view of the same thing I've been working on.

Murder, rape, religion, politics, relationships between men and women, racism, you name it, we made this all up. These patterns are all about power/energy/chi/ life force. It's about feeding ourselves. It's about power.

As long as we're plugged into getting our power using these patterns, we'll not be able to change them. We can only change the dominant paradigms or behavior when we have choice. When we are inside, running the patterns in our bodies, they take over. Automatically. We are blind to the problem because we are smack in the middle of it.

This is why becoming conscious is so urgent. Until you recognize the patterns, you won't have a choice. And choice/free will is what it's all about; in line with Source, through our own choice.

9. Don't misunderstand...

...it is balanced (?) by an extreme, ludicrous sensitivity which has been inside-out the majority of my life (abandonment, abuse, etc.). Strength only comes to me through the Source, and I ask for it every day, and need it at every moment.

I give up more than you would imagine. Being an addict, I am maladjusted to life, and often don't have a clue. Giving up allows the Support realm to assist. Getting to the point of giving up often requires deep pain and humiliation. Thankfully, per the shift, when one admits to weakness/limitation, help can occur! If I have any secret, it's to turn to the higher realms for help. I'm simply dependent enough to sometimes remember to actually do so...

I'm glad to be able to contribute anything to the solution of our current problems...thank you for giving of yourself as well! I certainly need to see that others are doing so...
