Someone has been taking advantage of my good, typically easygoing nature, and doing so for a long time. I yelled at her today.

It probably wasn't the best thing I could have done, but even the fact I felt like I needed to speak up instead of knuckling under - I'm making progress.

Let's see if I can handle the fallout...
