Damn it all. I've fried another nine shirts bringing my total now to 27 unusable shirts.@#$%^&!
This has NEVER happened to me before.LOL!
Now I could cry out of frustration....Which I was most definitely on the verge of.Or.
I can turn the music up really loud and drink a white russian or two....or three even.
I'm going to take a break from Tie dye Christmas production because it currently isn't much fun or very satisfying.

Any one else need to take a break from something?

Lucinda, I can only suggest what worked for me today.
I had to just release it and go have some fun.
Sometimes focusing on it and trying to make it better only aggravates it!
Take a mini vacation and do only what you enjoy doing preferably something with lottsa laughter.
Or..... something that makes you feel WONDERFULLY BAD Girl like. :) :hug:

YES I need a break. I'm trying to do National Novel Writing Month (50,000 words by Nov. 30) and even though I was excited about this new story and couldn't wait to dig in, IT SUCKS! I don't like what I'm producing AT ALL. Blech. I want to throw it all out and start over, but I know I'll regret that, so I just keep plugging away, not liking what's coming out of my fingers, and just hope that sometime I'll be able to fix it in the editing phase. Harumph. x(

Anyway, sorry to hear about your shirts, Howler. Makes me wonder if there's something up with the creative process right about now...and, of course, if it's going to pass SOON. :banghead:

Words and painting a picture with them is also a pattern of sorts. ITS JUST NOT COMING TOGETHER!!!!! LOL!


BTW its never to early for White Russians is it? I mean its got milk in it. Milk is one of the four food groups.And vodka is made from potato's. Kalua has coffee in it. sounds like breakfast to me girl!

I pretty much have to take a break, even though every break I take means I get farther behind on my word count, and there's a section of the stats page on the NaNo site that says "At this rate, you will finish on..." and the date changes depending on whether you've met your word quota for the day. Right now it says I'll finish on December 6. If I take more breaks, that entry could end up saying I'll finish in 2012!

I'm very Hung over I shouldve stopped at two or three White Russians but.....NOOOOOOOOOO.
I got Mr Howler and my neighbor drunk as well last night as we watched the election returns come in .Snort!
We were surrounded by some hopelessly ugly tie dye too. HAHAHAHA!!!!
I fell off the wagon and smoked,ate pizza,and generally messed up on ALL the work I have been doing since september in every area of my life.
