Unexpected (and very good) results from something I've been doing.

For the past couple of days, I've been doing an "energy sweep" of my body, particularly my midsection, which, most likely because of hormonal stuff related to going through menopause, has decided to become a repository for some extra weight (grr!).

Anyway, I decided to do this energy sweep, to try and move this extra weight up and out (I don't lay about watching soaps and eating bonbons, LOL!).

Well, today, I suddenly felt more focused than I have in over a year. I've had such a difficult time of it (some of you may recall I recently requested suggestions to help me get more focused).

It's as if different parts of me were blowing about in the wind for the longest time, and WHAM! All those scattered pieces came back together. (cassie, do you think the picture I saw today of the stargazer lillies may have helped the process along? :7 ).

The way those pieces have come together is not the same as they were prior to my loss of focus. They have come together in a new way, and I've yet to fully discover this "new me", but I'm looking forward to it.

I'm going to keep doing the energy sweeps, as I feel it will help this "new me" in many ways.
