He's a Choctaw "spiritual adviser" (he doesn't like the term "shaman") who had a vision to unite the races via inipi ceremony (Preston follows the Lakota path, as the Choctaw ceremonies were destroyed by the European-Americans). He comes to Arkansas for us whites, LA for blacks, Japan for yellows, and his own place on the Choctaw Reservation in OK for the reds. And of course there is intermixing.
