One single dose was like getting a Swedish massage all over my body. Nicotiana is made from Nicotiana alata (Flowering Tobacco). FES markets it as the essence to use if you're engaging in shallow breathing, if you have "blunted feelings" or if you're over-using your masculine forces, but I understand it's sometimes recommended for people trying to quit smoking. I can see why; it's uber-relaxing.

I can't recommend this one enough. One of the most amazing essences I've ever tried.
