I've long thought it remarkable that children across the world all sound the same when laughing. From what I've seen through media. I don't know if there are any differences anywhere, however.

I'd love for someone to research this idea and to give it to the world. If anyone likes it, and has the funds and resources to accomplish it, I give full permission and blessings to do so as a gift to the world. Pardon the pretension. I just think that it's a good idea, and accentuates our similarities.
