I had a great day today :) I am so thankful for that.

I am starting to feel more comfortable in this section of the DU more and more.

I had a great day today March 14-15,2008. I have to include both days into one because I work a 3rd shift job. But today as I was leaving the building from work I felt a sense of calm over myself and I told myself "I had a great day today". Nothing nor anyone made me sad, upset - no one pissed me off. I feel aware , I feel here. Or maybe its the cold medicine. I did'nt have any nervousness or pre-panic attack episodes at all.I was focused. Whatever the calmness was, I felt happy. I came home and wrote a note down and placed it in my bible about the day I had. I prayed to God for many more days like this.You don't know how far I have come to feel this good.

2. I'm so happy to hear this, CP.

I love the days when we're in the flow, and life feels good. On those days, I try to recharge my internal battery so that I have an energy reserve from which I can pull when I need it later.

I am asking the Universe to help you to continue to find the peace and happiness that you felt today regardless of what is actually happening in your life. May this be your default state of being from this point forward. (This or something better for the highest good of all involved.)

4. I've been away but wanted you to know how happy I was to read

So glad things went well for you today. And it's nice when we take a step back and recognize it, no? And that gratitude builds upon itself, so you will have more good days and more gratitude until you are awash in good fortune!

You have also helped me just now--reading your post made me think of my own day, and I realized that even though the astrological aspects aren't really positive, and Mr. MG is prickly as a hedgehog in a rosebush because he got shafted for a raise he was hoping for, today really was A Good Day for me. I defused Mr. MG's mood, had a good laugh watching Top Gear, got to eat out instead of cooking dinner, and my work was very productive and creative. And my cold is finally gone--and MG Jr's is 95 percent gone. So I'm grateful for all of that.
