6. Not to diminish his needs, but he seems to have some regular issues.
I have observed more than a couple of times in recent memory where he is self medicating--a LOT. I have zero idea what has gone on in his life, but I do hope for him that he can get to a more stable viewpoint/place in his life.

May he find the help and stability he seeks.
