So, a bit of a positive hit on my quest for a new job:
I posted a couple of weeks ago that I had applied for a new job which would be good for me, especially financially.

On Monday, a friend of mine, who is also a reference, called to let me know that he had been contacted by the place I applied to. He also said that the person who contacted him seemed very impressed by what he said.

So, continued good vibes requested.

I've had several jobs where I interviewed and hired people, and I didn't bother with references on people that I didn't think fit the job, so......... :bounce: :bounce:
