First Chakra Series: Earth Star Chakra ~ Root Chakra, Related Minor Centers +Age 0-7 ~ Sacral Chakra & Related Minor Centers +ages 8-14 ~ Solar Plexus Chakra, Related Minor Centers +Ages 15-21



Although I had planned on working on the immune system this week I feel the need to go straight from the Solar Plexus to the Heart Chakra. We will still touch upon the immune system as the Thymus Chakra is considered secondary to the Heart Chakra. I also want to include the energy centers in the shoulders, elbows, wrists, palms and fingers tips in this week. People often take on burdens (negativity and illness thoughforms) from others through these centers out of love and compassion. If it is too much to envision all of these when sending energy do not worry! Trust your higher/soul self and that of the recipients to guide the energy properly keeping your focus on sending out for the highest good of all.

Suggested Guidelines:
Please send energy to those who sign up in this thread, those who intend to receive but choose not to post and, using intention, embed the energy in the thread itself. This is to charge it to allow anyone who visits it may choose to receive healing now and in the future. The suggested times for those who want guidelines are 6:30-7 AM & 6:30-7 PM. You are NOT expected to send the entire half hour or twice a day or even daily :) Those times are just rough guidelines for those who prefer working in a framework. It is up to you to send when and how long *you* feel is appropriate.

All energy healing techniques are welcome whether prayer, Reiki, visualizing colored light, chanting, singing, dancing, crystals or something totally different. The only requirement is it to be sent with the intention that it be for the highest good of all involved in the manner that serves the recipients best. This is to ensure recipients will not be overwhelmed by more energy than they can comfortably accept.

Receivers are advised to also set their intentions to receiving only what serves their highest good at a rate appropriate to all levels of their being. It may be found that it is most skillful to call in the energy just before sleep thereby allowing plenty of time for the energies to be comfortably used and integrated. I highly recomend grounding before opening to energy helping energy to flow and giving a route for waste & excess to release - all of which makes useful compost for Gaia :)

You may take part as a sender, receiver or both. Choose which serves you best at this time. Please post below or PM me if you wish to be on the Official List of Recipients so senders know where to direct the good vibes.

Thanks Shallah Kali for posting this amazing information. I am wondering where you get inspired to choose what centers, or is this an actual "class" that you have ? Because I find it amazing that we are working on those ages, and the heart center...and that m imune stuff is surely next as well with the treatments I wil be getting now from the docs.
also, in therapy and meditation and such, the "timeline" effect has been happening the past few weeks...and this week is finishing up the 20's it seems... so the similarites are interesting...

17. Chakra order is simply start at the bottom and work up

Too many lightworkers are great at working with the higher chakras but have trouble with the lower and you can't be fully effective with half your chakras out of sorts. You can't bring celestial energies and anchor them on the earth physical plane if your channels are full of blockages. Not to mention it can *hurt* like heck when the energies flow wonderfully and then BAM! slam into something like I have in my neck :crazy: I can't WAIT until Throat Chakra week! :woohoo: If you ever notice aching in the joints when running energy it is probably hitting blockages. I hit a lot of 'em when I started and with each level have to clear out another layer of crud :/

Adding in the age period healing came from Anodea Judith's first book on chakras which as I recall said in general each chakra corresponds with seven years of life. I wanted to do something broad enough with these healing threads that many would find them useful but specific enough it wasn't just 'heal anything out of wack' :D

the other usually alternating weeks are things that I notice others around me are dealing with as well as my own issues and I try to line them up when intuition or guides makes it feel like a good time to spend a week channeling good vibes at that issue or set of issues. Since this is fitting in with some of your issues I will take it as a sign that I am tuning in to the right signals right now :)

I hope I didn't over do the links but I would rather offer an information glut than give too little and miss out on directing someone to the right site or book that resonates best with them - or has that one extra tidbit or two that the others missed that makes everything snap into place.
