Last night I reinstalled my old email program to find something from a couple of years ago, ended up sorting through a bunch of stuff, including old DU threads I 'bookmarked' by copying to an email. Anyways, this site was something I had made a note of, though I don't remember it. I like something like this to help me get to sleep. Hypnosis is very effective for me. One of the meditations worked great for helping me fall asleep last night/this morning (my sleep is all messed up).
