Question for Iraq/Afghanistan vets
In popular depictions of the Vietnam conflict, I'm thinking movies here, the on-the-ground situation is always depicted as chaos. Is the reality over in the Middle East this time anything like these depictions, total clusterfuck?

But I do know there's a total clusterfuck in the whitehouse and the Pentagon is infested with them. And Iraq is a grand strategic clusterfuck.

War is chaos, so treat it as an art or an exercise in creativity to overcome chaos.

2. I'd suggest you watch the Winter Soldier hearings.
It's Vietnam (my war) all over. The only difference is they have oil.
