JACKSONVILLE, N.C. — A Camp Lejeune Navy corpsman facing charges for having concealed firebombs and other weapons in his car is now charged with violating his wife’s restraining order.

The Daily News of Jacksonville reported Tuesday that 25-year-old Gregory Desmond McGill also was charged with stalking Monday. Authorities said he called his estranged wife 11 times after he was released from jail on the weapons charges.

McGill was arrested March 3 after deputies said he had a concealed gun, ax, machete and Molotov cocktails in his car. He was charged with possessing a weapon of mass destruction. Detectives later found a military M81 time blasting fuse in his home.

McGill is stationed at the Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital. No attorney is listed for him in court records and a call left for Onslow county jail officials was not immediately returned Tuesday.
