Kerry to be on Imus on Monday

I have nothing else to add to this because I don't get MSNBC and even when I did, I stopped watching Imus in '04 because he was so hateful to JK. Just thought I'd pass the info along. JK really seems to enjoy being a guest of Imus. Maybe it's a guy thing?

1. According to his email, he will be on This Week this week end and will
deliver the Democratic Address.

This weekend I will continue to speak out about changing course in Iraq. Please tune in to the Democratic radio address on Saturday and to my interview on "This Week with George Stephanopoulos" Sunday morning.

2. Is the Democratic radio address something we can listen
to on the internet after the fact? I'm thinking yes, but I've never listened to one.

Cool -- we've got a dose of Kerry on Sat., Sun., and Mon. What more could a Kerrycrat ask for?

3. It is on the DNC site and I would imagine that Kerry will have it on his website too.

4. A spoiled, pouting Kerrycrat (me), could ask that the powers that be
be struck by an attack of the conscience they collectively have repressed for decades, admit all that they have done and beg people to elect either Kerry. But as I am sober and sane, I'll settle for Kerry doses on Sat, Sun. and Mon - then back to watching the Senaet on Tuesday.

5. I hope Imus's mood improves by then, he has been terrible all week
JK can handle it, but still Imus needs to show him more respect.

6. I would not expect too much - Imus is in love with McCain these days.
If Kerry starts to say that McCain is wrong, it may become interesting.

7. Oh, I hadn't thought about that.. I don't see how it won't be asked and
how he can avoid answering it.

11. Imus needs a kick in the hind quarters, IMO.
I can't see why anyone would watch this doddering fool. It's beyond me. He's nasty, incoherent and not very entertaining.

The only thing redeeming about the man is his ranch for kids with cancer. And that is his personal project: it has nothing to do with his show. I give him credit for that work, but he's just terrible on the air and on MSNBC. Who on earth watches the show?

8. Damn, I despise Imus
I'll catch JK's Imus interview later via poscast, so I don't have to listen to Imus while waiting for JK.

But I'll be sure to catch him on Sunday morning with Snuffy. :)

9. Really? There's a podcast? I've never seen one. I'll be setting
my DVR, and will fast forward through everything except the Kerry interview. Imus is useless, but for some reason Kerry always comes across well on his show. It will certainly be better than the last time he was on. :(

12. Press release says: Senator John Kerry to Deliver Democratic Radio Address

WHO: Senator John Kerry

WHAT: Democratic Radio Address

WHEN: Saturday, February 10, 2007

Immediately following President Bush’s Weekly Radio Address

11:06 am EST

Note: Audio will be posted on www.kerry.senate.gov on Saturday at delivery time.

13. GD P should get a heads up on this - Kerry's campaigning AGAINST the war. The more people UNDERSTAND
that is his focus and motivation, the faster their eyes will open about who he is as a person.

Those constant antiKerry voices won't change because there purpose is to keep Kerry's name diminished - my guess is that they are operatives loyal to the establishment wing who want honest voices like Kerry's ignored.
