Let me add a thanks too. I don't really know all that many people here at DU cause I am primarily a lurker so I think it must have come from this group.

Happy early valentines day.

I put my bumper stickers on my car last night - so sadly peeled of my Kerry/Edwards sticker, but was able to replace it with my John Kerry quote. One thing I realize - bumper stickers come off more intact in the summer. Had to destroy the thing.

Also, My round set-a deadline one is on there now.

Now I have to post, just to show my little heart. Thank you. I say Ms. Anonymous, because this site is mostly about female power.

I was secretly grumbling what a shameless fundraiser, always giving more than intended, just to give that extra for someone without as many hearts.

Remembered my husband's story of his insensitive and tactless grade school teacher pointing out how few valentines he got in the classromm exhange. That's in addition to his feeling like he was the only one with glasses and braces. He turned out confident and handsomely, I might add, but that stuff lingers in memory.
