I don't expect the Bush administration to suddenly discover competence. But others in the world might force them into momentary lapses into competence, simply out of fear for the consequences of letting things continue the way they're going.

7. Whome, it was sooo different
he wanted to include Syria and Iran - not Iran and Syria.

Seriously, I hope they really do what was recomended - not just appear to. I also hope this far into a civil war it can at least contain Iraq.
