I clicked on the Amazon link in the ad, which took me to the book's page at Amazon, then scrolled down to Product Details, and next to where it says Amazon.com Sales Rank: it did say #32 (at the moment it says #37 - guess these #s move around a bit), but then there is a link - (See Top Sellers in Books). Then just click through the various categories to see where it shows up.

I have been watching the NYT and unless I missed it - they have yet to review it.

Last week, at least one of the bookstores at NY's Port authority - big bus terminal - didn't have it - yet they had McAuliffe's book! I asked the guy if they had it - he asked me to spell the Senator's name.
