edited to say that he was great - in avoiding Tweety's and Joe's attempt to get him to say something negative about either of the Clintons. He said they were more interested in the Hill/Bill story than he was and spoke of how Obama led on ethics reform and how he has seen enormous interest in Obama's campaign in places like Africa and Bali and other countries where he has spoken to people as part of his SFRC (which Obama also serves on). He is great getting his points in when they wanted him to answer whether Hillary has Bill "under control".
They came back speaking of the Clintons - saying their tack is to hit with everything, then take the high road in the last week. I think the conversation helped Obama - it said the Clintons fight dirty and the question of whether Bill is under control diminishes a former President. Both a yes and a no are bad answers. It really is a when did you stop beating your wife question.

1. Kerry does very well in getting out the important points |
|
and he makes the pundits look bad with their pathetic pushing of gossip over issues.
i would love to see a Kerry and Bill Clinton debate on this primary.
